At the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025, Tata Motors took the spotlight by showcasing more than 50 cutting-edge vehicles, including 32 future-ready passenger and commercial models, alongside revolutionary concepts and smart mobility solutions. N. Chandrasekaran, Executive Chairman of Tata Sons and Chairman of Tata Motors, emphasized the company’s 80-year legacy of pioneering innovation in safety, design, connectivity, and sustainability.
“With the global shift toward green energy and mobility accelerating, the demand for clean, zero-emission vehicles has never been more critical. Tata Motors is at the forefront of this revolution in India, delivering integrated solutions that combine performance, reliability, and convenience,” Chandrasekaran stated.
Currently ranked as the third-largest car manufacturer in India by sales, Tata Motors also highlighted its next-gen green mobility solutions aimed at enhancing safety, performance, and customer experience. Girish Wagh, Executive Director, Tata Motors, introduced 14 smart vehicles equipped with Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), six intelligent solutions for real-time performance monitoring, and four advanced automotive aggregates.
“We are transforming last-mile mobility with the all-new Tata Ace Pro, available in multiple powertrains, and the Intra EV, India’s most advanced electric pickup truck, setting new industry benchmarks for performance and sustainability,” Wagh noted. He also unveiled the next-generation hydrogen-powered Prima Truck, poised to redefine long-haul trucking, along with the Prima deep mining tipper featuring state-of-the-art technologies.
With over 200,000 Tata electric vehicles on Indian roads and a milestone of six million car sales achieved, Tata Motors continues to lead the EV movement in India.
Shailesh Chandra, Managing Director of Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles and Tata Passenger Electric Mobility, shared two landmark announcements: the return of the iconic Tata Sierra, reimagined for a new generation, and the introduction of the Avinya X concept, a bold leap into luxury mobility, emphasizing sustainability, innovation, and customer well-being.
